Marcia joined our staff in July as a Mental Health Therapist. She has her master's degree in Art Therapy and specializes in incorporating creative techniques and forms of expression into trauma informed care.

 

We are excited for the new programs and services Marcia will soon begin.

 

 

Louise Rosenfield Noun, leader of a group of visionary women who founded the YWRC, was passionate about the advancement of women and gender equality in social, legal and political realms.

 

We can’t help but wonder what her response would be to the historic event of the first female presidential nominee of a major United States political party. 

 

 

7^th Annual Celebrity Servers Night

Co-chaired by Jonathan Brendemuehl and Pat Schneider, this fun-filled night features local well-known community, business, media and government leaders as ‘Celebrity Servers’ who are paired with an experienced server to provide a uniquely delightful evening for guests.

Part of our Young Moms program includes ensuring young women receive the care they need to have a healthy pregnancy. This includes providing pre-natal vitamins when needed. Help make a difference in the lives of our young moms by donating pre-natal vitamins (unopened, minimum of 400 micrograms of folic acid, please).
