 THE STOCK MARKET GAME™ FUNDING SOURCES
 
 
DonorsChoose:
If you are a public school educator and have a DonorsChoose account, email Marsha (marsha@economicsarkansas.org) the number of teams you need for the fall, spring, or yearlong session. You will receive a price quote with directions for a special request.
The deadline to post for the fall and yearlong is September 30. For the spring, the deadline is December 2. 
 
Arkansas Securities Department: 
If you teach in a public school setting and need technology, this is the grant for you! Request a charging cart and iPads or Chromebooks. This grant will also fund team fees. Learn more at  http://www.securities.arkansas.gov/page/371/teachers.
September 30 is the deadline to submit grant applications. 
 
Donna K. Wright Scholarship:
This grant will provide team fees only.

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!
 
Do you have a creative approach to teaching economics, personal finance or entrepreneurship?
 
 
Would funding help make that creative idea a reality?
Consider applying for a grant through our Economics Arkansas Teacher Grant Program.
For the 2019-20 school year, there are two cycle deadlines:
Sept. 9, 2019, with grants awarded Sept. 27.
Jan. 15, 2020, with grants awarded Jan. 30. 
 
Maximum request is $500.
Teachers may apply individually or in teams of two.
Signatures of principal and teacher(s) are required.
A written final report and budget are required.

ECON IN THE ROCK: SAVE10
 
Save10 is a campaign started by Sarah Catherine Gutierrez, founder and CEO of Aptus Financial. This campaign is designed to serve as a rallying cry, especially for women, for Arkansans to save for the future.
 
Don't miss out on this professional development offering that will increase your personal knowledge on the subject and equip you with resources to take back to the students in your classroom so they can learn about saving, too.
