THANK YOU TO OUR DONORS! |

We are so very pleased to report that we raised $70,000 towards our $80,000 goal during our year-end appeal! Warm thanks to all who donated in support of our vision to inspire youth in every California county to discover, cultivate and amplify their own creative voices through reading, analyzing, writing, performing and publishing poetry. While our campaign is officially over, it's never too late to donate, as we continue to face a deficit in 2024. THANK YOU.

Join us in congratulating Frej Barty, Mendocino County's new Youth Poet Laureate! A junior at Mendocino High Schools, Frej is an aspiring filmaker, cinematographer, and general multi-‐hyphenate storyteller who hates that neologism. Defined by finding and giving hope, he is an all around [self-proclaimed] nerd with a love for anything analog—from the Mendocino High School Radio Station KAKX to pinball. He says his bio just keeps shifting, though, because he is still finding a voice and a way of living. Find out more about Frej and the Mendocino Youth Poet Laureate Program here. |
