Two Options to Ride!
Join the Team for the Week or for Three Days.
The full week ride lasts July 15-21. Three-day riders choose between riding July 15-17th or July 19-21st, with the 18th as an optional day for either choice.

The Habitat 500 Bike Ride is open to a limit of 135 multi-day riders ages 13+ (youth riders ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult). Participants taking on the full week will have a passion for long distance biking, can manage to ride 500 miles in seven days across Minnesota and are willing to fundraise for Habitat for Humanity.  Early registration fee is $300 for seven day riders and $175 for three day riders.  Fundraising requirements are a minimum of $1,000 for seven day riders and $700 for three day riders.  The fundraising goals may seem intimidating to someone new to this event.  Rest assured that we have a team of people who can help you raise the funds!  You would be surprised when you start telling your friends and family about what you are going to do, most of our first time riders raise twice the amount of minimum funds needed.  Your efforts will help our neighbors in need into a simple, decent and affordable home.
Having completed this ride for the last fourteen years, I can honestly say that it is fun, fulfilling, challenging and life changing.  If you would like to visit more about how you can participate in the Habitat 500 bike ride this year, I would love to visit with you!

Help Us Achieve a World Where EVERYONE
Has a Decent Place to Live!
NSLCHFH is delighted to announce our third annual Hibbing Breakfast event, "Fundraising for Foundations" to be held Wednesday, April 18th at the Hibbing Park Hotel.  The event, which includes a FREE buffet breakfast, will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and will include a speech from a current Habitat partner family, followed by a request for your support of our program of simple, decent and affordable housing that provides a hand UP to our neighbors.  NSLCHFH has served 84 families in 14 Iron Range communities, including 26 in Hibbing and 4 in Chisholm.  This build season, NSLCHFH is partnering with two Hibbing families and one Chisholm family and will achieve 90 families served by the end of our 2018 build season.  Help us continue to create homes, communities and hope on the Iron Range by attending this event, inviting your friends to attend, and considering a donation of your time, talent and treasure!  RSVP Today!
