NCCD Partners in Supportive Housing Project
A project in which NCCD is a key partner was recently featured in the Los Angeles Times. Just in Reach, a supportive housing project, aims to reduce the high rate of recidivism and homelessness among people with mental illness or substance abuse disorders who tend to get stuck in the “revolving door” of the Los Angeles County Jail. Pay for Success, an innovative funding strategy, is paying for the project. NCCD is providing technical assistance related to project implementation and will support and coordinate evaluation of the project. Read the article here. Read more about Pay for Success here.
