Cans for Calcium

Did you know you can help support the Food Pantry just by recycling your cans & bottles?

Needham resident, Jeff Dinneen has re-opened the Can & Bottle Redemption Shack at the Needham RTS for anyone who would like to donate their can and bottle deposits. The best part is that Jeff uses the funds collected from the recycled items to purchase milk for the Council Food Pantry, which is then distributed to income-eligible Needham residents.

The Cans for Calcium Project
is a win/win and a great way to make a difference and support the Council's Food Pantry and our neighbors with food insecurity.
