Needham DVAC Donation Drive for REACH Beyond Domestic Violence

In honor of Mother’s Day, the Needham Health Department’s Domestic Violence Action Committee (DVAC) is sponsoring a donation drive for REACH Beyond Domestic Violence, a comprehensive domestic violence service agency serving 7,000 people a year through a combination of intervention and prevention services. REACH’s shelter, 24-hour hotline, and community-based direct services provide domestic violence survivors with the help they need to achieve permanent safety and independence. REACH’s prevention programs engage the community, generate conversations, and create locally-based solutions to end domestic violence.

Please join us in supporting this important organization by dropping off donations (click here to download a list of needed items) in the donation box located in the front lobby at the Needham Community Council from April 20 - May 12. You can also donate items directly to REACH via their
Amazon Wish List.
