As 2020 has kicked into full gear, so too have all of us here at IAALS with projects, publications, and conference visits. Over the next month, keep a look out for several impactful publications in our civil justice realm, reflecting extensive work and collaboration with stakeholders, decisionmakers, and, of course, individuals whose lives are directly touched by the legal system.

And please mark your calendars for several upcoming IAALS events. For the first time, this spring, IAALS and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law will co-host a speaker series which will address changes in the delivery and regulation of legal services. I'm excited by the opportunity to work more closely with our neighbors at Sturm and others on campus, as well as to bring togethe
r diverse voices
—the legal profession, academia, and state supreme courts—to speak on these pressing issues. We also look forward to our 13th Annual Rebuilding Justice Award Dinner on April 16. Please consider joining us.

IAALS Announces Spring Speaker Series on the Future of Legal Services: This spring, IAALS and the Sturm College of Law will host a three-part speaker series, bringing together perspectives from the legal profession, academia, and state supreme courts. How people access legal services not only profoundly affects justice, but also has important implications for those who study, teach, or practice law. Join us in this stimulating series of talks about changes that can help us move towards the goal of justice for all.
