Tune in to Georgia Public Broadcasting tonight at 7 & 11 PM for special showings of “Saving the Chattahoochee”! The documentary chronicles how Sally Bethea, Chattahoochee Riverkeeper's Founding Riverkeeper, stepped up to become the face of the Chattahoochee at a pivotal moment in Atlanta's development, working alongside Mayor Shirley Franklin to change the course of the river's future for the better.
You are invited to the Trails ATL virtual public meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 6:00 pm to provide initial input on future trails in the city. Trails ATL is sponsored by the Department of Parks and Recreation as part of the Activate ATL Strategic Plan. Each meeting will have a presentation followed by a Q&A session.
