FOOD PANTRY UPDATE
Adapting to the times...
Many Needham residents have been directly affected by the pandemic and it's economic impact. Fortunately, we are here to help. The numbers are staggering but with the overwhelming support of the community we've been able to keep up. We are so grateful!
Because of our relationship with local distributors and online systems, we've been able to adapt and keep up with demand.
All food distributions are scheduled by appointment and either picked up in a contact-free drive up or delivered to our customer's home.

We are thrilled to be able to offer a good bargain and support our mission of "people helping people"
We ask that you follow our new policies carefully so we may keep everyone safe - no exceptions!

BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPORT
To keep everyone safe, we will not be hosting our traditional Back to School distribution. We will continue to support income-eligible students by helping them purchase
We have established a new Back to School Fund and we will purchase gift cards for local vendors, Target and/or Amazon to distribute to all Food Pantry families with students returning to school this fall.Click here to donate directly to the fund
or send $25 gift cards to us at 570 Hillside Avenue, Needham, MA 02494
Are you , or someone you know, income-eligible and might benefit from this program, but not registered in our Food Pantry?
If so, please contact our office at 781-444-2415.
Ride for FoodIt's not to late to join the team! Due to COVID, we're changing it up! We won't have a one-day group bike ride, but all team members are encouraged to engage in an activity of their own choosing - whenever and wherever you want...run, swim, hike, bike, spin, kayak (or do jumping jacks, planks, etc!) on your own time between today and October 4....just have fun!
The goal is to raise critical funds and awareness to fight food insecurity. Our neighbors are dealing with major adversity during these unprecedented times. It is more important than ever that we continue to support each other and raise the necessary funds to provide food & grocery items to families in our community.

You might have seen reports that isolation due to COVID for young children has increased safety concerns, making the CAP message even more important than ever.
