From the Desk of the PresidentI hope you had an enjoyable Christmas Season with family and friends.
As I reflect on my first six months as President of Paramus Catholic, I am grateful to the alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and students who have graciously welcomed me into the PC Community. It seems like just yesterday that I began, yet here we are already halfway through the school year. Our fall semester was certainly a busy one for sure. We welcomed back 825 students to campus, and we hit the ground running. Our athletic teams competed well with many qualifying for the playoffs and state championship rounds. Several seniors who applied early decision heard from their first-choice schools. And our Open House this past October was one of the best attended in recent history. A Letter from the PrincipalHappy New Year! I hope this letter finds you well and in high spirits. As we begin this new year filled with hope and possibilities, I wanted to take a moment to connect with you and share with you what is happening at PC. As we approach Catholic Schools Week, we look forward to celebrating Paramus Catholic and how its four foundational pillars of Faith, Academics, Security, and Wellness enhance our students’ high school journey.  The 6th Annual Legacy Gala will be held April 12, 2025, at Macaluso's in Hawthorne, NJ. This year Paramus Catholic is proud to honor: Mr. Vincent Fede '85 Mrs. Camille Lewandowski '79, P '04, '07, '09 Mr. Scott Luna P '07, '12 We will also give special recognition to the schools founding orders, The Sisters of Charity and The Christian Brothers. A Christmas Celebration to RememberThe evening featured 25 talented Concert Band musicians, 17 vibrant Glee Club members, and 7 graceful dancers, culminating in a live Nativity Pageant that brought the story of Christmas to life. The Paramus Catholic community extends its deepest gratitude to our administrative team, faculty, and staff for their unwavering support. A special thanks to our Campus Ministry student leaders, band, glee club, and dancers for their dedication and hard work in spreading the message of love and joy this holiday season. |

2024 - 2025 NHS InductionThis December, the Paladin Chapter of the National Honor Society had the privilege of inducting 90 outstanding students. Our new induction class joins a group of 86 seniors who were inducted the previous year. This event recognized their academic excellence, leadership, community service, and commitment to character. Family, friends, and faculty members gathered to celebrate the achievements of these students, who exemplify the core values of the National Honor Society.  |

The Super 50/50 is Back!Tickets are $100 each and are only on sale at Paramus Catholic HS.
Tickets will be available through April 11, 2025, Mon. - Thur. from 2:30-4:30pm at the school or by emailing slangan@paramus-catholic.org for more information. A maximum of 425 tickets will be sold. The winner will receive 50% of the amount received for all tickets sold resulting in a grand prize of up to $21,250.00. All proceeds from this raffle go to programs that directly benefit our students. The winning ticket will be drawn April 12, 2024, at our Annual Legacy Gala. Paladin Career DayOur 2nd Annual Career Day will be held January 30, 2025. Last year PC hosted 25 alumni who spoke with our seniors about careers including finance, law enforcement, medical, and more.
This year more than 40 alums will be attending to talk to our seniors about their careers and how Paramus Catholic played a role in preparing them. If you would like to participate in next year's career day please email me and I will send you a save the date in the fall. |
