RENEW sponsoring symposium on parish renewal 
As part of its 40th anniversary observance this year, RENEW International will sponsor a major discussion of parish renewal, the focus of RENEW’s work for four decades. The event will be held at Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J., on April 19 from noon to 7 p.m. The keynote speaker will be William Simon Jr., chairman and founder of Parish Catalyst and author of Great Catholic Parishes.

Be My Witness/Sean mis testigos site wins national web award

The “Be My Witness/Sean mis testigos” web site created by RENEW International won a national award as the “Best Faith-based Website” in 2017.
The “2017 Webaward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development” came from the Web Marketing Association (WMA). Each year, independent judges from around the world review sites in 96 industries for the WMA awards.
The winning web site provides resources in English and Spanish for parishes that are undertaking RENEW’s Be My Witness process, a Christ-centered, Spirit-led approach to transforming parishes and forming disciples for the new evangelization. To visit the award-winning website, click HERE.

RENEW International will continue its anniversary celebrations at this year’s conference. Sr. Terry Rickard, OP will offer a megaworkshop on Thursday. RENEW is sponsoring one English session on Scripture and Spanish session on evangelization. Stop by our booths 609 & 611 in the convention hall to say hello and enter our drawing. This gathering, sponsored by the Association of Catholic Publishers, draws diocesan and parish ministry leaders from more than 40 dioceses.
