DOUBLE LANE CLOSURES ON NORTHSIDE DRIVE

NORTHSIDE DRIVE - BETWEEN WOODWARD WAY AND WESLEY DRIVE - CLOSED UNTIL (TENTATIVELY) NOON TODAY
 
THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2020
 
 
 
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has extended the time needed to have all lanes closed at Northside Drive between Woodward Way and Wesley Drive until (tentatively) noon today - Thursday, August 13, 2020. As part of the work performed last night to install the new water and sewer pipes, the de-watering of the existing pipes took longer than anticipated due to their age.
 
Please use the detours that will be utilized on-site, exercise caution and reduce your speed while traveling around the work zone. 
 
GDOT appreciates your patience as they get Northside Drive opened as quickly and as safely as possible.
