CAP SAYS, "THANK YOU!"

Thank you to the wonderful teams of trained volunteer Prevention Specialists who presented 60 CAP workshops this year to 1,198 children in the Needham elementary schools; teaching them that all children have the right to be “Safe, Strong and Free!”  Thank you as well to the PTC’s who helped support the CAP program, and to the schools and staff members who warmly welcomed us.

If you want to volunteer to be a part of this important and timeless program, now in its 24th year in Needham, we are now accepting applications for the fall volunteer training that begins on October 28th

For more information,
click here to visit the Needham Community Council website or click here to email the Council's CAP Director, Caren Nemtzow.

THANK YOU NEEDHAM LETTER CARRIERS

The Stamp Out Hunger food drive on Saturday, May 12th was a success! Thanks to all the Needham residents who provided food and the Needham Letter Carriers who collected and delivered it. Our food pantry volunteers welcomed a steady line of postal trucks dropping off food items throughout the afternoon.
